Each feline guest is provided with their own fully air conditioned quarters with en-suite facilities, rest areas and toys. In the common area guests can roam, play or just curl up in a chair. An external fully secure exercise area provides guests with the opportunity to truly enjoy this rural retreat.
You are welcome to supply your own bedding as long as it is machine washable.
We are more than happy for you to supply a special diet however if you could put the meals into zip-lock bags morning and evening meals that would be much appreciated. We have found at times that some pets will not come with enough food for the stay. We are happy to bag the food up at an additional cost of $1.50 per day.
F3 Vaccinations need to be given at least 14 days prior to arrival.

Cats are placed on a 1 hour rotating roster to have playtime outside of their accommodation for the first 15 minutes they receive human interaction and play.

MEDICATIONS
Medications and supplements for your pet during their stay will occur a surcharge $2.00 per administration.
Prescribed medications will be adhered to, unless otherwise advised by the administering Veterinarian. Please ensure that your medication is properly labelled and comes in it original packaging so that we can adhere to the Veterinary instructions and/or in case any follow up if required.
Guests receiving Insulin must provide a fresh needle for each day of their stay and special precautions and policies are followed. All guests needing insulin receive a $10.00 per day medication surcharge.
CUDDLE TIME
These are pet attendant to fur child VIP contact session for cats that want some extra love. Our experienced pet attendant will play, sit and cuddle your pet.
Cat Sessions $15
HAPPY HOUR
For enrichment your cat can enjoy “Happy Hour” consisting of puzzle games, Lick matt or alternative treats and vessels, so they don’t miss out.
Happy Hour is $10 per day and guests can choose daily or a few happy hours delivered through their holiday.
